Dan hosted The Cape Wine Auction again this year, with the main event raising R17.5-million at Rustenberg Wine Estate - but the tone for the weekend was set at the American Express Barrel Tasting at Tokara Wine & Olive Farm the night before, where Dan caught up with DeWet Viljoen from Neethlingshof, star winemaker Miles Mossop, Mark Norrish from Ultra Liquors (with some very old port from KWV Wines), and Bartinney Private Cellar owner (and Dan Really Likes Wine director) Michael Jordaan.
