One of wine’s finest celebrations returns this weekend, and ahead of Constantia Fresh 2022, sommelier and organiser Higgo Jacobs joins the show, along with Klein Constantia winemaker Matthew Day (and his new sauvignon blanc), Constantia Glen’s Gus Allen, and Lars Maack from Buitenverwachting - with a possible guest appearance from event founder Jorg Pfutzner.
