It's the penultimate week of Dan's Epic Wine Route, and the wine of the Cape Epic route. With SAA having mislaid the original wine, Ellerman House star sommelier Manuel Cabello supplied four replacements from Wines of Elgin, and so here's this week's selection: Elgin Ridge Wines Chaos white, Richard Hilton Vineyards Emperor Probus viognier, Spioenkop Wines reisling, and Richard Kershaw's chardonnay.
